Announced 04 August, 2009
18+ only - Photo ID Essential. Many Fuzzy events are outdoors: bring sun/rain protection - we play rain, hail or shine. No unauthorised video/audio recording equipment permitted. By entering the event site you agree to being filmed and/or photographed which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Please keep your shirt on! Anyone not wearing a top of some sort will be asked to put one on. If you refuse you will be removed from the event. Fuzzy reserves the right to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary. Absolutely no refunds for line-up changes or cancellations. Please note that capacities of some stages and areas are limited. Once the maximum capacity of any area is reached there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of an event ticket does not guarantee admission to all areas at all times. Sound at this event may reach levels that can damage your hearing. Free earplugs are available from first aid. Volume levels at all events vary depending on many factors such as EPA noise restrictions and local government noise guidelines. Please ensure that you party safe at Fuzzy events. We encourage you to use public transport.

Roaming Police and Rangers will be able to issue fines of up to $500.00 (ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS & DOMAIN TRUST ACT 1980 AND REGULATIONS 2002 & LIQUOR ACT 1982)
SNIFFER DOGS
Many festivals and events across Australia have been targeted by sniffer dog operations. Please understand that Fuzzy does not support illegal drug use or possession and anyone found with illegal substances will be handed over to the police. Possession of even a small quantity of illegal drugs can lead to a criminal conviction and a criminal record for life.
WRISTBANDS
Upon entry, patrons will be issued with a wristband. Anyone found inside the event without a wristband will be treated as though they have entered the venue illegally.
RAIN / SUN PROTECTION
Harbourlife is outdoors, so please bring sun / rain protection as we play rain hail or shine.
FIRST AID
We want you to have the best day possible so to ensure your safety we have employed a fully equipped first aid team to be on site for the duration of the event. Please see the site plan for the first aid location. We need you to be a responsible patron by ensuring you always know where the first aid station is, looking out for your friends (and taking them to first aid at the first sign of trouble), drinking plenty of water and making sure you take breaks during the day.
EFTPOS
There will be eftpos on site for this event; however as this event is in a park our eftpos machines run by a mobile phone signal. This means that there may be times during the day when we are unable to do cash outs so please make sure you bring enough cash to enjoy your day. Please see the site plan for the eftpos location.
RECYCLING
There will be a container deposit recycling system operating at Harbourlife this year. Drinks in recyclable containers will incur $1 deposit which can be redeemed when you bring the container to the recycling station. Help us look after the environment and keep the event tidy throughout the day!
LOST AND FOUND
All lost and found during the event will be handed into the cloakroom. If it is not there don’t despair as often things turn up after the event. Please call the Fuzzy office on (02)9699 2454 five days after the event to enquire about any lost property.
MUSIC VOLUME

ENTRY PROCEDURES
Harbourlife is a fully licensed over 18’s event, please understand that it is a venue, police and liquor licensing requirement that we check every person who comes to Harbourlife for photo ID. To ensure quick entry please make sure you have your photo ID and ticket ready for presentation at the gate.
On top of this you will also have you belongings checked for restricted items and may be subjected to a metal detection test for concealed weapons.
All these checks do slow down the entry process so we thank you in advance for your patience.
