This is a dual role which incorporates both Marketing and Event Management. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in both professions as you will be a key part of both teams.
Marketing aspect: You will work with the Marketing Manager who oversees all the advertising, publicity and media partnerships of our festivals and special events. The role will give an insight into marketing plans, competitions, PR and online platforms for our events.
Events aspect: You will also work with the Event Managers who oversee all the administration and logistics of our festivals and special events. The role will give you unique hands-on experience with event planning, site management, staffing, administration and dealing with contractors.
Requirements are 2 days per week throughout the quieter times of the season and 5 days per week for the busier weeks pre and post events.
All paid hours will be according to the appropriate award rate – this also includes event days!
