The OFFICIAL INTIX RESALE and the OFFICIAL MOSHTIX RESALE are the only place to safely and securely buy and sell tickets.

Resale will open from 12 pm (midday) Friday the 20th of December.
Resale will close from 4:30 pm Monday the 30th of December.

BUYING A TICKET

How can I buy a ticket on the resale site?

Head to https://www.fieldday.sydney and click ‘BUY TICKETS’, create or log into your Fuzzy account and check out the ticket you wish to purchase.

 

How do I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours and will appear in your Fuzzy account.

 

The ticket type I want to buy isn’t listed, what can I do?

Keep checking back as tickets are added every day!

I signed up for Messenger notifications and haven’t been notified yet. When will I be notified? 

Notifications are sent out as soon as a ticket is listed on the resale. If you’ve signed up and haven’t received a notification yet, hold tight!

Notifications are sent out in order of sign-ups, so you’re sitting in the queue. Once the ticket is sold, notifications aren’t sent out until another ticket is posted.

 

SELLING MY TICKET

How can I sell my ticket?

Just log into your Fuzzy account (using the same email address your ticket was sent to), click ‘View Order’ and click ‘Sell Ticket’. Please ensure to read the warning carefully as well as the Terms and Conditions before clicking the ‘I wish to resell my ticket’ button.

 

How will I know my ticket has been sold?

You will receive a confirmation email.
You can also log into your Fuzzy account and check this under ‘View Order’.

 

When can I expect funds to be returned to my account?

After receiving confirmation your ticket has been sold, funds will be returned to the account used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours (not including weekends and public holidays) for funds to appear back on your card depending on your bank.

 

Oops, I accidentally listed my ticket on the resale site. Can I take it down?

You can remove your ticket from the resale pool by logging in to your Fuzzy account and viewing your tickets. If a ticket has been put up for resale this will be noted next to it and you can choose to remove it.

 

What if my ticket doesn’t sell?

We cannot guarantee a ticket will sell on the resale site, however, resale tickets are going quickly as Field Day has sold out since 2015. If your ticket does not sell when the resale site closes, it will be returned to you and you can use it.

How can I know if my ticket is listed on the resale site? 

When you login to your Fuzzy account, under ‘My Orders’ the ticket will note that ‘This ticket has been listed on resale’. 

The following information is for MOSHTIX tickets ONLY.

What if I’m not the original purchaser?

Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser of the tickets whose Moshtix account was used for the purchase.

 

I put my Ticket up for resale, how do I know if it’s been sold?

You can check the status of your tickets offered for resale by logging in to your Moshtix account, and viewing your tickets.

Ticket Statuses:
Valid – Your ticket is valid for entry and has not been listed for resale or reissued.
Pending Resale – Your request to Resell your ticket has been received and your ticket is waiting to be purchased by another buyer.
Resold Ticket – Your Ticket has been resold. The Refund Amount will be transferred to the credit card used for the original purchase. The Refund Amount is the initial purchase price (less the Resale Admin Fee and original Booking Fee and Service Fees). Your Ticket is cancelled and is no longer valid for use.
You will be notified via email once your ticket has been Resold and purchased by another customer. You will also receive a refund notification via email however the funds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement used for the original purchase.

 

Can I nominate a friend to purchase my unwanted ticket?

You cannot nominate a preferred purchaser.
Returned Tickets go into a general ‘pool’ available for purchase by other unknown persons.
If you would like to perform a name change on your Ticket, you will need to use the Ticket Reissue Facility via your Moshtix Account.
Only the original purchaser may request to Reissue a Ticket, and the Ticket with the Reissued name remains in the original purchaser’s account.
There is a $20 Reissue Admin Fee which is payable by the person requesting the Reissue

 

Why can’t I sell my Moshtix ticket anywhere else?
Your Ticket has your name and date of birth on it, which means it is strictly non-transferable to another person.
Any Ticket sold by any means other than the Moshtix Official Resale Facility will be invalid for use as the name of the Ticketholder will not match the Moshtix Database.
Tickets Resold, or offered for Resale, in an unauthorised manner may also result in all tickets in the order being cancelled without refund, along with all Ticketholders being refused entry to the Event.
This includes Tickets offered for Resale via online sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree.

 

What does the resale service cost?
The Resale Admin Fee costs $20 per ticket listed
The Resale Admin Fee fee will be deducted from your refund once tickets are sold.
If your Ticket is sold through Moshtix Official Resale Facility, your Ticket will be cancelled and the Refund Amount will be transferred to the credit card used for the original purpose.
You will be notified via email once your Ticket has been resold.

 

When do I get my money back?
Refunds are not guaranteed and you will only get your money back if your Ticket is purchased.
Until your Ticket is Resold, the Ticket remains your property and no funds are owed to you.
If your Ticket is purchased, we will transfer the Refund Amount to the credit card used for the original purchase.
If your Ticket is not purchased before the end of the Resale Period, the Ticket remains valid for use by the original Ticketholder.

 

What if my credit card has expired or been cancelled since the original purchase?
If your credit card has been cancelled or has expired since you originally purchased the tickets we will contact you directly to ask for your bank details and will arrange a manual refund into your bank account. This can take up to 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

 

What happens if my tickets don’t sell?
If your Ticket remains unsold after the end of the Resale Period: Mon 30th Dec at 4:30pm the Ticket remains valid and is deemed the property of the original Ticketholder, who will still be able to use the Ticket.
Please note that the Resale of your Ticket is not guaranteed.
You will only get a Refund Amount if someone else purchases your Ticket.

 

Can I sell the tickets at a discount if I want to make sure they sell?
No. Tickets are only offered for resale at face value.

 

Can I change the name on my ticket without reselling it?
You cannot do a name change on a ticket through the Resale Facility.
You need to arrange this through the Reissue Facility.
If you would like to perform a name change on your Ticket, you will need to use the Ticket Re-Issue Facility via your Moshtix Account.
Only the original purchaser may request to Reissue a Ticket, and the Ticket with the reissued name remains in the original purchaser’s account.
There is a Reissue Admin Fee which is payable by the person requesting the reissue.

How far in advance of the event / how close to the event can I Resell tickets?
The Moshtix Resale Facility will operate until Mon 30th Dec at 4:30pm
 We encourage you to list your unwanted Tickets for Resale as early as possible, to ensure the best chance of selling them before the end of the Resale Period. The closing of the Resale Period is subject to change, at the Promoter’s discretion.
