The Community Engagement Coordinator is a new and exciting opportunity to be key member of the team and first point of call for communication and messaging on emails and social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok & YouTube for Fuzzy. You’ll be responsible for preserving and promoting the Fuzzy brand and making sure customers get the support and information they need.
The role also has a ticketing and marketing aspect to it, and you will be responsible for managing ticket enquiries and reporting, as well as going on tour with the Fuzzy festivals, and working the ticketing booth on show days. You’ll also work closely with the marketing team on aspects that include populating and updating websites and concert discovery platforms.

This is a really exciting opportunity to be immersed in the live music industry and work in a fun and fast paced environment.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• You may have a background in customer service, community coordination, PR, Social Media or Marketing
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail, as well as great communication and spelling skills

• Extremely trustworthy with strong values and ethics
• Ability to deliver fast and friendly responses to customer enquiries, as well as displaying patience and understanding when dealing with customers.
• Have great technical understanding of web, email, social media and message bots

You will be working with the in-house Marketing team and Creative Agency to produce digital assets, content, and a small amount of print for all of their festival campaigns. The role requires a high turnover of social content, but your work will be featured everywhere from tickets to the main stage.
The Fuzzy office is often fast paced with tight deadlines and last-minute changes, so the ability to work under pressure whilst retaining your attention to detail is a huge advantage in this position.
A love of music is not required, but some cultural understanding is an advantage!
WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Min. 1-2 years as a Junior to Mid-Weight Graphic Designer
• Ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines, whilst still adding a creative flare
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction, as well as the ability to also work independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of social media assets, grid structure and text hierarchy
• Diligence to hit deadlines
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to work with motion graphics/using After Effects is not required but a huge advantage
